Nutrition targets so that we can give you some structure to your eating but you make choices about what to eat.
Check-ins so that you stay on track and I can have a touchpoint at least once a week to answer any questions you have.
24-hour support - Via a private whatsapp group so your questions get answered promptly.
HOW LONG IS IT?
The initial commitment is 90 days.
This gives you enough time to see results and make sure we gel as a team.
The biggest benefit of getting a personal trainer has been that I am so much more consistent.
I’ll still squeeze a workout in when I would skip the gym before because I know Deej will ask me how many sessions I have got in since our last personal training session together.
With a structure to follow workouts are much more intense, I know what weights to use to hit my goals each time I’m in the gym.
